Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing support to customers, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, representing our company and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide information, support, and assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure swift resolution.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions and data entry.
• Adhere to call centre performance metrics, including call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize call centre technology and software to effectively manage and track customer interactions.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in high-pressure situations and handle challenging calls with empathy and respect.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Call Centre Agent or Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Proficiency in using call centre software and computer systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Fluency in English and any other local languages may be required.
