Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with experience in designing for B2B SaaS and Fintech products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as seamless user experiences for our all-in-one recruiting platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, design wireframes and prototypes, and ensure the final product aligns with our brand and enhances the user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of B2B SaaS and Fintech projects.
• 3+ years of experience in designing for B2B SaaS and Fintech products.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and prototyping tools.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile application design.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
