Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Graduate Trainee to join our team. This is a remote position designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience in the recruiting and HR technology industry. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a strong computer proficiency and a passion for the future of work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the recruitment team in screening and shortlisting candidates using our AI-driven platform.
• Assist in the creation and customization of assessments for different roles and industries.
• Learn to analyze assessment data and provide insights to support decision-making in the hiring process.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth implementation and use of the MTestHub platform.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of recruiting technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or final year student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Passion for innovation and the future of work.
