Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable Python applications that power our innovative recruiting platform. You will work closely with our tech team to implement and integrate AI-driven solutions, contributing to the continued enhancement of our system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications to support various aspects of the recruiting platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions and enhance platform functionality.
• Write clean, efficient code and ensure code quality through testing and code reviews.
• Identify and address performance issues and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Participate in the design and architecture of software systems to meet business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends in the Python development community.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Python Developer, with a strong understanding of Python programming and web development.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks is a plus.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a bonus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
