Job Responsibilities

1. Upwork Profile Management

  • Maintain and enhance our Upwork profile to attract potential clients.
  • Keep the portfolio, client testimonials, and service offerings updated regularly.

2. Bidding on Relevant Projects

  • Identify and place bids on projects aligned with our expertise in web, mobile, and AI development.
  • Craft compelling and customized proposals tailored to each client’s needs.

3. Engaging with Potential Clients

  • Respond promptly to inquiries and communicate effectively with prospective clients.
  • Conduct initial discussions to understand client requirements and build strong relationships.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with our service offerings.

4. Negotiation & Deal Closing

  • Discuss project terms, deadlines, and budgets with clients.
  • Address client concerns, finalize agreements, and close deals successfully.
  • Oversee contract finalization and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.

5. Supporting Project Execution

  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure clear communication of project requirements.
  • Assist in transitioning clients from the sales phase to the execution phase for seamless project management.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in handling Upwork profiles and bidding for projects.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sales and client relationship management experience.
  • Ability to draft persuasive proposals and understand client needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with the software development industry, especially in web, mobile, and AI applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
